General Returns

We accept returns for most products within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Please Provide the Order Number or Proof of Purchase.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at Sales@topshelfathletic.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to return. We will provide you with a return authorization to send the item back to us. Please do not send a return with out a RMA number.

Refunds
once we receive your return and inspect the products, We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3-10 business days.

Damaged or defective Items
if you receive a damaged or defective product, Please contact our customer service team. We will send a label to return the damaged or defective item at no cost and issue you a replacement of the same item.

Shippping cost

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product, in such cases we will provide the Shipping label.
